Chartall has a physical campus on the corner of Cedar Road and Cedar Boulevard in Broadacres, Johannesburg, and an online campus that you can access anywhere, anytime. We are accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) to offer our Bachelor of Business Administration degree using distance education methodology, which we have developed using technology to enhance the learning process. We are also accredited by various SETAs and the QCTO to offer a variety of occupational qualifications using both online learning and face-to-face learning methodologies.

Our roots

Chartall Business College was established in 2012 by Dr Karen Deller. Dr Deller wrote her 2007 doctoral thesis on the design of a workplace recognition of prior learning (RPL) implementation model for the South African insurance sector after ten years of experience in implementing RPL for working adults.

To this end, RPL presented a quicker, cheaper, and easier path to the required qualifications. This inspired the founding of Chartall Business College.
