After teaching for a while, Magda opened a real estate business in 2004, which she managed until 2016. While running her agency and assisting her staff, she realized that her true passion was the training of real estate agents. She initially started training and assessing new real estate agents in 2008 while still running her agency, but eventually, she made training her full-time job. Magda is both an assessor and a moderator and this helps her to guide her learners more effectively. Magda is passionate about helping new agents to meet the PPRA's educational requirements and she goes out of her way to assist.
